About the job

For one of our internal projects, we are looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to support our team with a mix of organizational, digital, and hands-on technical tasks. The role includes helping with hardware organization, supporting our online presence, and assisting with community-related activities across various digital platforms. Depending on your skills and interests, you may also be involved in additional technical tasks. This opportunity is ideal for students or early-career professionals who want practical experience in a dynamic software company environment, with 4/6/8 hour schedule options available.

Key responsibilities:

  • organize and manage hardware and related equipment
  • support the maintenance of social media and online accounts
  • assist with outreach and participation across online communities and digital platforms
  • help with administrative, operational, and light technical tasks based on team needs
  • document tasks clearly and follow internal processes
  • collaborate with team members and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations

Hard requirements:
