About the job

Are you passionate about technology and communication? Do you want to make a significant impact by helping businesses secure their data? Optimaize is looking for a Junior Sales Representative who can understand our technical products and effectively communicate their value to potential clients. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, organizing calls, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn and other tools.
  • Organize and participate in calls with senior colleagues and potential clients, and even get to take the lead in presenting our products.
  • Understand and communicate the technical aspects of our software solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Passion for connecting with the right people and making an impact.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other lead generation tools - any experience is a plus.
  • Results-driven mindset and understanding that sales is a numbers game.
  • Ability to work independently while managing your schedule effectively.
  • Technical background or understanding of software products is a plus.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a technical field.
